Pressure vessel: including sterilization chamber, jacket, door and other parts connected with the sterilization chamber. It is made of stainless steel and has a layer of thermal insulation material.
Sterilization room: space for placing items to be sterilized
Jacket: stainless steel structure welded around the surface of the sterilization room to achieve mechanical reinforcement and temperature control of the sterilization room.
Piping system
Steam into the pipeline: directly connected with the steam source, the steam to the sterilization chamber or jacket.
Steam drain line: drain the steam condensate.
Sterilization chamber discharge pipeline: connecting the sterilization chamber and the discharge pipeline, it is the channel for the gas and condensed water to be discharged from the outside of the sterilization chamber.
Water supply pipeline: provide working water source for sterilizer.
Return gas pipeline: connect the sterilization chamber with the atmosphere, and form a vacuum when the inner chamber is dry. Through the return gas pipeline, the inner chamber is balanced with the outside atmospheric pressure.
Automatic door and sterilization chamber sealing assembly
